“The samurai and horse are beautiful and detailed. Its sheer mass and intricacy make a dramatic statement. The price was more than reasonable for a bronze of this size and quality. I am very pleased with the purchase.
On the other hand:
My biggest complaint is with the shipping. No customer convenience is afforded here. "You'll have to call back early tomorrow morning and talk to the scheduling lady." "The scheduling lady doesn't get here until 8:30. Call back after that." "The truck for today has already gone out. We can schedule it for tomorrow." "It will be delivered between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM tomorrow. No we can't tell you a more specific time, but the driver will call about an hour before arrival." "My truck can't get into your neighborhood because the tree limbs will damage my mirrors." "There are too many cars at the gas plaza for my truck." "Yeah, we can meet there. You will need a truck or something big enough to carry this crate." The rendezvous was 3 miles away and ultimately locked down most of the day. My wife was at home that day and, so, she had to deal with this mess. She was not pleased.
I'll get years of pleasure from the samurai, though. And my wife doesn't seem to be mad any longer.”
