“Open box policy (no returns)
I have bought Ororo heated jackets & vests in the past. I love them and are extremely warm. BUT FaceTime I bought from open box the exact same jacket- same size as the last one I bought. It was too small for some reason (remember it’s the exact jacket). I called and explained and they said no refunds. It would have cost me almost $50 to have it returned so now I have to try to sell it myself. Other than this bad experience the jackets & Vests have been very nice”
