“the item ran slightly large, but not so much as to be a problem. it came neatly packaged and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. the battery charged quickly and was easy to install. the product warmed up quickly and seemed to maintain a good temperature. i have not had the chance to use it for an extended time but so far so good.”

“Fits to normal sizing. Love the settings from low to hot. We got an additional one for someone with Reynauds Disease and this has helped tremendously. Just wish the neck heater was removed and the heater in the back wider. Overall great product and battery lasts long!”
