Hi Myrna, thank you for being an ambassador of our brand. The saved credit card number has to be fixed by clearing cookies in your browser. However, to get around it you can use "private window" or "incognito window" in your browser and complete the purchase from there. Hope this helps!

“I bought your vest on clearance, with the understanding that there are no returns. I do not wish to return the vest, it is just what I wanted. It did come with the seem in one pocket ripped wide open. I have sewn it up, but I am curious if this is why it was on clearance. I did not see anywhere that your clearance items were damaged. I assumed they were last years models.The battery also does not last very long or hold its charge for long when not in use. I tried to send you an email with photos of two thermometers showing -11 degrees at my house in Rumford ME. last week, but it would not send.At the time I was going to order two more batteries for my mom and me, but at this point I may wait for another sale.
