“I have bought vests for my family my Husbands family and they are down right AMAZING! I am up to 9 vests, 3 fleece jackets, and the hoodie. I have absolutely no complaints and love them all. I do prefer the vests because of the heating element locations (pockets & neck) vs the hoodies and fleece jackets being in chest and shoulder blade area. Highly recommend if you spend any time outdoors.”
“Purchased a vest for my husband and myself off of a recommendation. Purchased open box - still fully intact with tags. On the site it says they fit to size - not true. They are HUGE. I am absolutely swimming in my Medium and I haven't worn a size small since I was 13. Mine is huge even over a flight suit, much less if I wanted to wear it with normal clothes. Apparently open box items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable we found out after. I went back to the site and there is a tiny emblem below the product showing no exchange. If a $120 product purchased new is non-exchangeable, that should be a huge flag on purchase. Now we have wasted $240 as the heat works best if they are fitted and both are giant. Super disappointed I didn't go with another company. Will have to try to sell online now as wasted for both of us.”
“Fit is perfect if I could only get the battery to work. Don't have any idea how well it works with out the battery. Going on 24 hours charging and one light is still blinking.”
