I called the company a couple of time to check on my return status as I never received an email that it was received/processed. The persons answering the phone did not state the company name, just ‘Hello’. I thought that was a little unusual/unprofessional. But I received the replacement without an issue and my dad loves the vest!”

“The fabric has an odd and weird texture to it and the fitmeant from and size XL to L is extream. Really would be nice if there was a sinch strap around the waste. Battery location is ok ish. Would be nice if the shape of the battery was curved and slightly hire off the hip area.”
