“I bought vests for my wife and kids and they love them. I decided to get this vest for myself for those cold mornings sitting in a hunting blind. I was excited when I received the vest charged the battery and wore it the next day. Unfortunately the vest didn't heat right little to no heat in each of the areas there are heaters. I sent a note to Ororo and they got back to me immediately. Customer service was really great! Within a few days I had a return label and sent the vest back. A new one is on its way to me now and I hope it works as well as the vests I bought for my family.”
