“I ordered this jacket specifically because it was hooded. Being open box, I read that it would not come with a battery, hoever the option to purchase a battery was available, and I purchased the battery as well. The jacket arrived on December 24, 2024. Looked nice, however the battery was not delivered with the jacket. As of today, January 2, 2025 I still do not have the battery that I purchased, therefore I have not used the jacket. Today I would have loved to use the jacket as it is cold, and the temperature is expected to drop further. I suffer from Reynaud's Syndrome which is why I was thrilled to find your products. However, I am really disappointed in the delay of the most essential part of the jacket - the ability to heat it.”
