“I’m 5’4” and a size 12 jeans. The medium fits perfectly and really performed well in -20 (even colder with wind chill) when we stayed at a cabin to snowshoe through the woods. My fingers and toes never got cold and I’m sure it’s because my core was kept warm and toasty! The only negative for me is the feel of the battery against my left hip. I wish it was smaller or flatter. It’s not exactly uncomfortable just feels awkward. When I wear it around the house (working from home now and keep the house at 64 during the day), I find myself constantly trying to adjust the location of it in its pocket. I didn’t really notice it when we were out snowshoeing, however. This is the reason for the 4 stars otherwise it would’ve been 5.”
“I would love the vest and have 2 friends that love theirs. The only problem is I am 5’4” and 120 lbs and the vest fits fabulous on top and snug at hips. I would love to exchange it. Why Not?”
“The product is great. Customer service was excellent. The only thing is the coat I ordered should’ve had two batteries with it and I only received one battery. Over all I’m satisfied how they got back to me with no run around and problem solved quickly thanks”
