“Once it was realized the original order was lost, possibly with all the socks that get lost, customer service sent a replacement. It arrived after Christmas but before it was set to arrive. Love the jacket!”
“works great but battery is a bit bulky on the hip but not too bad. Also there are three heat settings by the button on top left over the logo. That info was not in the package.”
