“The vest looks very nice but size "small" was way too small. I am 5'2" and 115 pounds and almost always a size "small". I could not return it because it was an open box sale item. That's my fault. I bought their coat last year in a size "small" and it fits perfectly and is a very nice coat.”

“The Ororo vest is a lifesaver. Whether walking outside in cold or sitting at a desk in a cold breezy office, with this vest and the three levels of available heat, it makes my day so much less stressful. Both my daughters and DIL have one too. We all love it. We got spare battery so we are never without heat. It is great on planes, and no problem going through security (when battery is removed). I wash it in my washing machine.
The other thing that is great about the Ororo is their customer service. Quick to respond and very helpful. Also, they frequently have pretty nice sales.”
