“The vest fits akwardly. The battery doesn’t hold a charge for very long, and sits uncomfortably as a lump on the hip. I inquired about returning it was told that there are no returns, but they would make an exception with a store credit after a 20 percent restocking fee. If I don’t like the product what would a credit do for me? What a scam.”
“The vest looks very nice but size "small" was way too small. I am 5'2" and 115 pounds and almost always a size "small". I could not return it because it was an open box sale item. That's my fault. I bought their coat last year in a size "small" and it fits perfectly and is a very nice coat.”
