“I bought this for my wife for Valentines Day. Sadly I bought from the outlet to save about $45, and was unable to return it at all when it didn’t fit (it was too big for her, even though I ordered her size). Didn’t really work that well either, and all she could feel was heat on the neck. I desperately tried to convince the company to let me exchange it for another size, even offering to pay the non outlet price for a new one, plus any shipping. Not to be, I’m stuck with it.”
“I bought from the open box deal to save a few $$. Now I am bummed because I have a vest that does not fit and Ororo won’t exchange it for a different size.”
“Bought this gift as a valentines day gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it! It came just in time, right before that big cold snap hit the mid-west. She wore it all day everyday! The multiple heat settings were also benefit as she could adjust it to her comfort level as needed.”
“This is the SECOND heated vest I own now. The first vest still work just fine.
When I wake in the morning, my Ororo heated vest is the first article of clothing that I reach for after my slippers. As you can imagine, it’s getting a lot of use, so now I have a backup!
You see, I live with chronic illnesses and constant, daily, pain. The heat from the vest, especially in the neck area, is tremendously helpful. Similar to wearing a hug”
“I really wish you would make a full jacket with heated back of the arms with the same feel as this vest. My understanding is that your full jacket is stiffer. Also, I don't see a jacket with heated arms. I do love this vest, but I wear it under something that can insulate my arms (clearly I have an arm fixation here, I know ) :-)”
“The fit is a little large. I ordered the small that it was too snug, I exchanged it for the medium which is boxy and fits more like a man’s jacket. It serves it’s purpose it’s just not very stylish on me.”
