“I have another small vest but a different style and a small jacket so felt ordering this size was a safe bet. This is much smaller in the hips and did not fit. I am disappointed that I cannot return it as I would expect the sizing to be the same.”
“Asked to return It as it was unused and just out of box, it fit too big. Was told no returns or refunds on open box items. Did not reaLize this was a policy when I purchased. May want to work with customers a little more on this policy if the item is unused And returnable. I would not purchase again as it’s difficult to determine size without trying on first.”
“This is the second heated vest I have bought, (the other being from another company), and I feel like I enjoy this product better and get better heat positioning and battery time while wearing it. I have no problems so far that I can think of, maybe just that the light on the button has no way to turn off without turning the heat off, but that's it. I feel like i'll probably be supporting ORORO in the future.”
