“I ordered open box. Even though I'm not a slim person, 5'1" 150lb the large fit me fine. I made sure not to order too small as it was open box and not returnable. I haven't had a chance to wear it but I tried the heat and it looks like it's going to do it's job. I placed my order on a holiday and messed up the address as I wasn't at home. Also, I had wanted to add to the order. I figured no one would answer my questions on a holiday and I would miss the sale, and the birthday surprise for my husband ( I ordered him a vest too). To my surprise someone answered me and helped make sure I got my order to the right place and not miss the sale. She even followed up twice to be sure I received my order and that I was happy. That doesn't happen much anymore. I will order again.”
