“I purchased 3 women's vest which were on sale. Apparently there was a sale because the vests were previously returned. I did not know the vests were from previous owners. 2 of the 3 vests were fine, the 3rd vest was not what was being marketed online. Yes, the vest may be been a previous owner, my fault for not reading the details. What I received was a vest that was of different material quality, different color of holding bag, and equipment boxes were damaged (leading for concern of the equipment). I called the next day seeing if i could replace vest and equipment and was told no, non-refundable. There is a 6 month warranty, but you fork out 20% and shipping fee. I also asked if i could return and replace with a new vest and pay the additional cost, response was a "No." Now, i have purchased 5 vests in total (2 on Amazon, 3 from Ororo directly). I was going to buy 3 more vest for my children. Stopped thinking that idea. Its not about the cost, its about what is right. If Ororo is going to resale items, there should be a quality check. Lost a customer and future purchases!”
