“Works really well. My wife’s suddenly stopped heating after a year. Was replaced with no problem as long as you order straight from Ororo website. I had a coat that wasn’t covered due to ordering through Amazon. Thor warranties are not as good when you don’t order directly from their website. My coat was not replaced for this reason.”
