“Bought January 2021 and wore for 2 months while at work for approximately 5hrs a day. Kept the heat on medium(blue) because when on high(red) it was too hot to where my neck was on fire. Store jacket in suitcase on top shelf of closet till January 2022. Same scenario except I used it for 3 months. Here it is January 2023 and this time there is extreme heat coming from the jacket and its burning my left side, and I mean it got hot...January 29th nothing is hot or warm..it just doesn't work. Maybe it was open box because it got too hot..and maybe it burned itself out after 6 months..open box it not worth the 120.”
“I love this vest!! I am always cold and when I find this vest I had to try it. I researched others as well but chose this one particularly because of the heat in the neck. I have issues causing neck pain and this helps soothes that while also keeping me warm. Because I wear it so much I have had several people around me ask about it and purchase it for themselves or as gifts! After much success with this vest I have gone on to purchase other products and couldn’t be happier with all of them! My only recommendation is to go up a size… the vest runs a little small and is tight around the bottom with no give. I originally purchased small but returned it for a medium.”
