“I bought this vest as a gift, in October. Has not worked yet. We will see what this new battery does. Just sad something that is supposed to be such a great product did not work out of the box. Looking forward to it working.”
“Website says not to get a vest that is too large so that the heaters are closer to the body, however this was a gift for my wife, so getting the right size in the body meant that it was too tight at the hips. I returned it past the period usually allowed for returns (bought it early at christmas). Ororo accepted it back and sent the next larger size which works fine. Mail was slow and you have to have a return authorization, but the vest works great. i was clearly past the return date, but they took it back no problems. Highly recommend.”
