“I ordered a size small but was shipped a size medium. The customer service what easy to work with and sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. The shipping took longer than expected but I am happy I got my vest for skiing. It kept me warm in the freezing rain conditions. I would recommend the vest and the company.”
“I ordered the vest the third week I. September and it has not arrived. I ordered a second vest as a Christmas preesent and it arrived in a timely manner. I have repeatedly reached out to the company to ask them to resend my item or refund my money (I prefer a replacement). They have not responded to any of my requests/messages. I would have expected much better customer service and will next have to contact credit card company which is a pain.”
