“I bought the battery package to replace the cord from my first one. Now I have two batteries so will be warm even longer. (I must have lost the right cord because I put the jacket away until winter and when I tried to charge the battery this year the cord I packed with it didn't work.) I use the jacket for riding and caring for my trail horses in the winter in upstate NY.”
“The battery works great: it has a long life, very reliable, lighter than expected, and even has additional features that I love such as a port to charge your phone with and easy to see lights to indicate your battery level. I appreciated that the set came with additional adapters for travel. The charger is easy to use, fits nicely in the battery, and after the initial charge the battery charges quickly. Great product would recommend.”
“The battery and charger for the vest works very well and I can use my vest again. The package was smashed in delivery - both boxes broken and contents may have been removed and reinserted. Not sure. Sue in customer care was very helpful.”
“I was very excited to give my dad one of the heated vests for Christmas. Instead of a Men's Large, I was sent a Women's Large instead. You have been less than helpful in resolving the matter, asking me to pay for a more expensive vest instead of correcting your mistake in sending me the wrong product. While the vest itself seems to be high quality (the only reason for the three stars), your customer service has been less than satisfactory. I will think twice before ordering from you again. I wish things had turned out differently.”
