“Bought a vest for my wife and I, along with 2 extra batteries. One battery will not charge completely. Therefore I can only give them 4 stars. We love the vests, but with this price for vests and batteries there is no reason the batteries do not charge.”

“Had to send it back to get a smaller size. No biggie. New one came and fit perfectly. Nice and warm. The high setting will warm you up fast.”
