“Today is first day my husband needed to use his vest, as the weather has turned cold and windy. He said with the new battery the vest heated up quickly and he is feeling the warmth.
The people who responded to my inquiry were most helpful; we could not have asked for better service. My only criticism would be that the instructions for the battery do not exactly match the battery we received. Illustration shows different connection and there is a light in the illustration that is not part of our battery. But your service is the best.”
