“I had a problem with my battery for my vest. I was charging it and it overheated and was smoking. I was pretty freaked out. I immediately contacted Ororo. I got a response from Sue very quickly. She replaced the battery and charger, and sent a label so I could return the problem battery and charger.
I adore my heated vest and will definitely be looking into other Ororo heated products. We live in Maine and winters are long and cold.”
