“charger kit was not included with vest, a cable but no charging cube. After communications with customer service a new battery was sent to me which included a cube and cable. I had nothing but “warm” feelings since, thank you for your support.”

“Had issues with the vest giving a blinking red indicator when trying to turn the vest on. Thought maybe the vest had gone bad. Contacted support and sent videos to show what was happening. Support suggested a new battery and sent me a $10 coupon when ordering the battery. I ordered the open-box battery for an additional discount. Once I plugged in the new battery everything worked again to my surprise since I did not have much faith that the battery would fix it. Thank you Tech Support !!!”
