My power button on jacket stopped clicking. Turns out the battery was old enough to charge a phone but not turn on the jacket so I bought a new battery AND figured out how to fix it when your company told me replacement was nil and yall couldn’t fix it…so YAY NEW BATTERY!!

I ordered two new vest batteries from Ororo. I charged both of them upon arrival. I hooked one battery up to my vest and went hunting and unfortunately the battery didn't work... Next day the other battery worked as expected. I notified the company, took pictures and a video, and they sent me a new battery without any hassle. I'm hoping these batteries last at least two hunting seasons!!

So far, so good. I needed a backup battery to get me through the day. Lasts about 4 hours on high.

While still under warranty, I was sent a new replacement battery for my heated vest. Only had to pay shipping. Great customer service and I LOVE my heated vest. Thank you!!

This is a replacement for my second battery that is lost. Works great and in high power will last me 5-6 hours in my vest.

I have an Ororo vest I purchased about 3 years ago and very satisfied with vest/batteries as it allowed me to stay longer on a tree stand bowhunting in the South Dakota sub-zero weather. This year the batteries would not last as long which is typical of all batteries. I ordered two new batteries from Ororo. After I received the batteries, I charged them and to my surprise one battery would not function as expected. At 72 it took some techy advice on how to send a video of what the battery was doing. The company right away sent me a new battery without hassle. My only advice to them would be send the replacement battery overnight shipping as I really could have used the battery right away instead of waiting over a week.

Had a brand new battery purchased for Christmas gift but I had not used it for several months. When I did, the battery was dead. After validating that I did everything correctly to charge and it was still dead, ORORO promptly replaced it. Than you ORORO.
