“This is now the second email request for a review I have received but still have no battery. There is nothing with which I might be satisfied. Since I have ordered a new battery for a vest I have worn exactly 27 times and for which the last half dozen of those times the battery did not last through one high school football game, I am already beginning with low hopes.
Perhaps you should cross reference your shippping department with your review board before soliciting my opinion. Currently, it is not very high though I am hopeful the first battery was a lemon and that I will, eventually, find satisfaction in your product.”
