I love the high, medium and low settings and can easily turn it on or off. It is sleek and stylish and I can easily add an extra layer when needed. It runs a little small, especially around the hips, but it is more effective if the heating elements are worn close to the body. Customer service was SUPERB. One of the vests I ordered was mistakenly sent without a charger and they sent a new one the next day. WORTH EVERY PENNY ❤️❤️❤️”
