“Definitely glad to have the extra batteries! I run my best on high most of the time and after about 5-6 hours it’s time for a freshly charged battery.”
“I have not been happy with the servoce on my order I made. I had to contact customer service and the phone rang and just said leave a message and they would get back to you, no name of who I was calling, did not know if I had a wrong number or not. Who want to leave a message with that. I finally got to talk to a lady and she fixed my problem, I did not get a $20.00 credit for purchasing a vest and an extra battery.She neglected to correct the address it was to be sent to so it came to me, it was a birthday gift. I will have to check with my daughter to see if she liked the gift after I get it sent, late of course. Sorry but I probably will not order from you again.
