“The battery is great at heating up a jacket quickly. It does take a couple of hours to charge up. So don’t think a quick charge will save you. Need a full battery”
“I received the battery very quickly and this brand new one is working perfectly. However, I am a bit disappointed in Ororo not willing to replace the original battery. The battery that came with my vest was only 1 1/2 years old. I only used it during the winter and early spring. I feel the battery should have lasted longer than one season. I do appreciate that they gave me a discounted price but it still cost me $50. I feel that i should have had the battery replaced for free.”

“I purchased this item to replace my old battery pack without a charger; luckily my Samsung mini usb phone charger works. I have had my jacket for several years but the battery died. This new battery is compatible with the old jacket just not the old charger that is still functional but is not a mini usb cord.”
