“I do like the battery. HOWEVER … the box was damaged inside of the carrier box (the carrier box had no damage). The charge cord was completely missing and the battery box itself had been opened and taped back up with the side crushed. Again, this had to have happened prior to being boxed for shipping (as the shipping box was not crushed).”
