“Long process for a warranty with lots of back and forth. That being said, I got a quick response to my issue. Initial finding said it was a faulty jacket so I had to pay $10 to get a new jacket shipped. The jacket didn’t work, turns out the battery was the issue. So then I had to wait even longer for a battery to be shipped. Great customer service, my biggest complaint is having to pay for shipping on a replacement jacket that ended up not even being the issue.”

“I receive an Ororo heated jacket as a gift. The battery sadly wouldn’t charge after a few hours of use. I contacted customer service which was super easy. They ask for a short video and explanation of what’s happening when I charge it and then sent me a new battery which I received in 2 days. Very easy to work them and I will continue to be a customer!”
