As the number of charge and discharge cycles increases, the battery will reduce durability. Also, improper storage may also contribute to this issue. We are sorry but this cannot be completely avoidable. And we will try to improve our product.

“I wish the battery were lighter and that it held a charge longer. I appreciate the whole concept of a heated jacket, but it never lasts the 10 hours it's supposed to and it increases the weight of the jacket greatly.”

“I had an issue with the new battery, (purchased to have a spare) not being able to easily connect it to my vest. Emailed customer support who immediately responded. Sent a video of the issue and a pic of the serial number. Needed to pack up both the vest and battery and return them with provided shipping label, and they VERY quickly sent me a whole new vest with battery. I love the vest and the incredible customer service!”
