“I took advantage of the discount you offered for the battery after purchasing a garment. It was definitely a welcomed gesture. However, I assumed that the item would be shipped to the same location as the garment. It was not, but I finally received it. I also purchased a pair of heated socks and those were shipped to who knows where because I didn't get them.”

“The problem was the box was so poorly taped that it came completely open with the down heated coat in it with one battery. There was also only one piece of tape on the bottom of the box so it was very very poorly wrapped. Since I have gotten Two other coats of vest I know that somehow this one they failed on and that lost one of the batteries and Transit so please tell your employees to wrap the boxes so that they do not come open completely”
