“After a consultation with your customer service rep. my battery works fine. However, it was ordered , I believe, on Nov. 3rd and I finally received the parcel on the 14th of this month...?”
“When the battery became defective the company replaced it quickly. Charging me $10 for shipping on a defective item under warranty, however I did not think was appropriate.”
“Can't say much about the battery, I used it for 20 minutes on the vest, and it went very low, so I turned the vest off. Battery was almost dead, not sure if it was a short in vest, or battery. J.”

“So I bought my vest a few years ago and my battery died so I had no choice to get a new battery. I haven’t used my vest much over the 2 and for the cost of the vest it should still have worked. I called and they sent me a coupon for $10 off this battery. I am very disappointed in this situation but I needed a battery or my $150 vest would be useless.”
