Disappointed that I couldn’t buy a hand warmer without a battery. I didn’t discover the hand warmer product until after a bought the backup battery.”
“Love my vest and thought a spare battery might be good to have this winter. It's great to have one charged and ready to go when the other one needs charging.”
“This battery even brand new does not last 6 hours on lower settings. Replacement battery ordered immediately after receiving vest so it could at least be used. 2nd brand new battery had shorter life than first one. My wife works inside a middle school which is chilly but not cold. Do not expect it to work outdoors. Misleading.”
