“I had an issue with the new battery, (purchased to have a spare) not being able to easily connect it to my vest. Emailed customer support who immediately responded. Sent a video of the issue and a pic of the serial number. Needed to pack up both the vest and battery and return them with provided shipping label, and they VERY quickly sent me a whole new vest with battery. I love the vest and the incredible customer service!”
“I had my original batter for 15 months only. I did not use it excessively. I do not think it should have died that quickly. I do not feel that your customer service was understanding. I would not recommend this vest to anyone anymore”
Hi Joyce, thank you for taking the time to provide your user experience. However, according to our policy, your battery has been out of 1-year warranty, and that's why the free replacement service is not available again.
As the number of charge and discharge cycles increases, the battery will reduce durability. Also, improper storage may also contribute to this issue. We are sorry but this cannot be completely avoidable.

“This battery is less bulky. Easy to use, and see how much charge is left.
I have noted that you need to turn the battery button on, each time you try and use. It gets hard to reach the pocket to turn it on.
Otherwise, works fine.

“I ordered the heated vest for my wife as a late birthday present after a friend of hers showed up with her own heated vest and was bragging about how great it was. I took note and jotted down the name of the company "Ororo". Went home and ordered one with a spare battery because there's nothing worse than having the battery die without having a spare handy on any electrical device! The wife couldn't wait for it to arrive. She pestered me several days as it was in transit... "When is my best going to get here? I'm cold!". She ain't cold any more! The best works great and she couldn't be happier. There will be additional heated coats/vests ordered this coming Christmas! Thanks Ororo!”

Thank you! I had tried to replace one that did not work with a $32 charger from Best Buy. Worked OK but was not Ororo. I wanted a charger that was matched to work with vest. I do wonder how long the battery lasts, however.”
