“I attempted to reach out to the company regarding the VERY short battery life (which is shorter than their manual says it should be) and VERY long charging hours (which is substantially longer than the manual says it should be) for the ororo vest I purchased and have yet to hear back from them in any way. I take that to mean they aren't open to supporting customers so I'd not purchase from them again. Which sucks because the vest is very cute and fit well.”
