“Got an Ororo heated vest for Christmas. It's fantastic. I was ALWAYS cold, but now I'm comfortable. I was delighted to learn that I could purchase a second battery so that I could have two batteries in constant rotation. This new PD 5K battery is a little bit more expensive than the original battery the vest came with but it lasts longer so it's well worth the small extra charge. I'm so happy that I can now rotate the two batteries especially given our recent spate of frigid weather. Thank you Ororo for continuing to refine your excellent products. “I purchased this battery as a backup to the original one that came with the heated golf jacket I received for Xmas. It is the same size and weight and packs a little more punch. It also charges about twice as fast.
Excellent jacket along with the battery performance. I wear it on my daily commute to work which works great u til the car heater comes up to temp. Also worn while hanging out in a detached garage. Nice battery and highly recommended!”
“My vest stopped working after just over 3 years. I thought it was likely the battery, so I ordered a new one. That didn't fix the problem and, I admit, I was discouraged. This vest has helped me survive hard Maine winters as I care for my horses. I contacted customer service and Luke stayed in contact and handled my issue beautifully and in a timely manner. I am so pleased with the end result. I returned the new battery and got a new vest. I can make it through another few winters happily. I love Ororo!”
