“I emailed customer service asking for the correct replacement battery for my gloves as existing batteries no longer work from gloves purchased 2 1/2 years ago. They provided link and I ordered. Batteries shipped did not fit and battery for my gloves and I am told are no longer available. You offered me some lame $10.00 discount on a new pair of gloves.”

“Never received them. The order was thrown in the middle of the road, which is about a 1/2. mile from my house never found a box or whatever they came in and they have not been replaced to my knowledge.”

“With much disappointment I am retuning the Heated gloves. I don't think they are made for Michigan Winters. With the heat button on high (red) the top of my hands are very comfotable, yet my fingers are very cold. I have used them four times, I preheated them for 10 minutes in the house thnkig it the heat would penitrate to the fingers. No luck. What is the next step to retun them?”
