“Maybe this review will get their attention. Would love to give feedback but the item never showed up. Sent multiple emails and phone calls with no follow up. What a shame because the vests I orders last season are great, however, customer service is 0 stars. My next action will be call my CC to start a refund that way since ORORO doesn't know what customer service is.”

“The Hand Warmer does its job, and heats as advertised. From a personal perspective, I would have liked to have the warmer with a little more insulation/thicker material surrounding the heating elements. I was hoping to have a warmer result than that of my unheated handwarmer using hot hands packets. Can't confidently say that. The Ororo warmer does work, just not as well as I had hoped in single digit temperatures.”
