I asked for a refund a few days ago and am still waiting for that refund to be deposited into my bank account. I am more than frustrated w your company. My son works outside during the Chicago winters and I was planning on ordering more products for him. Not only will I not be ordering anything I will tell everyone I know not to order from you as well.”
“Ive purchased expensive jackets that were made for winter, for ridding etc and they have failed me or i would have to wear layers.
