“I looked at a lot of heated jackets before buying this one and am convinced you get what you pay for. It’s a quality product. This is a warm jacket on its own, but the heating elements make it extra comfortable. It heats up quickly, and the battery life is good even though I almost always keep mine on the warmest setting. The heating zones in the pockets aren’t as warm as I’d like, but the neck warmer is perfect! I bought a size up after reading comments about Ororo jackets running small, and I think I could have ordered true to size and been happy. I made a mistake when ordering, and the customer service was GREAT. Plus, it arrived within just a few days during the busy holiday season. I couldn’t believe how fast it got here.”
