“The vest is fantastic—warm, comfortable, and flattering. It’s perfect for cooler weather or layering under a jacket on really cold days. Initially, I ordered a women's Medium, but it arrived with a red zipper, which wasn’t what I wanted. I was looking for an all-black option to match my wardrobe. Customer service was outstanding; they helped me quickly resolve the issue and advised that a men's XS was comparable to a women's Medium, since no all-black women’s option was available.”
“Shipping was fast, the fit is fine, materials seem good. I don't care for the illuminated switch, its annoyingly bright in low-light conditions, especially on medium. I would prefer two thinner battery packs, one on each side, instead on the one larger one. I am not able to return since I removed the zipper tag, I missed that warning label, thats on me.”
“This item was bought 12/19 with advertising that it would arrive before December 25th. It did not, tracking show it was not sent/picked up. They finally provided tracking of it being sent a second time on 12/28. Tracking shows it was picked up by UPS on January 2nd. Delivered on January 5th. Not the best customer services and follow through on Orono's part.”
“I received a heated vest for Christmas which was too small. As it was a gift, I wanted the replacement sent to my address and not the address associated with purchase order. With the free return policy, I also wanted the return label emailed to me.
I contacted customer support, and they were fantastic. All my emails were replied to overnight if not the same day. They did follow up contacting on my replacement vest which was shipped immediately after my return arrived to them. I could not ask for a smoother customer support interaction. The vest is pretty great too. Thank you ORORO!”
“Good quality so far. Something I don't like is the instructions say only wear when outside temp is 14 to 86F. Golly it gets 0F and below here and lots of states.”
