“I normally wear a large and this vest was a perfect fit for me as it was tighter than a normal large but I have learned from past experience that heated gear needs to fit tight to work well. The reason for only 4 stars is I would like to have the heating elements higher in the chest area. Also I would like to see a little more heat throughout the heat ranges but works well for a battery powered product.”
“My husband loves his new vest! He wore it outside in 20 degree weather for 7 hours and it kept him very warm. He didnt have it on high and all he had was a flannel underneath. He actually had to turn it off at times because he got too warm. The battery lasts about 8 hours or so. All in all a great buy”
“I purchased a women’s heated vest as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and a matching men’s vest for myself. I realize that the women’s has a red zipper and that’s fine but the reusable bags that they came in are completely different and the tags both look different. Is one an older version that for pawned off on me? The point was that my girlfriend and I would have matching vests. Otherwise I took my vest out and tried it on and it works and is very toasty. I haven’t tried it outdoors yet but I think it should function well. I wish I could change the battery placement to the chest though. Perhaps in addition to the original placement which would be nice depending on the activity I’m doing.”
