“I am having two issues with your product. The first is the battery that came with the vest is not as powerful as the extra battery I purchased and I emailed my request for an exchange battery. “Great fitting jacket and cosy without the heated panels in operation. Looks great. Heat easy to operate and Like the default control that heats the jackets then keeps a constant heat. The light on the control is good at night as an indicator to traffic. Battery on full heat does last 3 hours easy. Three walks of an hour and then a charge needed. Although the battery is tucked away nicely in a pocket at the back left of the jacket, it’s still quite heavy. I wouldn't let this put you off though.
