“I use this vest in the OR as an extra layer to keep warm during some extended long cases in a cold environment. It heats continuously on low power (plenty to keep warm) for over 12 hours with power left to spare. The base of the jacket is rather large for the size. I’m slightly overweight (BMI 27), 5ft 6in, and the medium is a bit oversize for me. I’d probably get a small, but my family wants to use it when we go on vacation, and they prefer looser fit.”
