“I gave this to my general contractor husband to wear to work. He says it is nice and warm even when not turned on, and gets nicer and warmer when turned on. The three levels of heat are nice. He hasn't used it enough to know how long the battery lasts. Fits well, heated collar is an extra nice feature.”
