“Even though I followed the size chart it still runs a little bit big and it’s hard to feel the heat because it’s really not touching my body in anyway. I would love to return it to get a smaller size but according to the information I’ve been given once I cut the tag off that was attached to the zipper I don’t know longer send it back. Which doesn’t make much sense because you need to wear the thing in normal day activities to find out if it really works or not and you need to remove the tag in order to do that.”
