“I use my motorcycle to commute to work whenever possible, and ordered my heated vest with the goal of extending my riding season by a few weeks on each side of winter. After a couple of early December commuting days and a few weekend errands, the vest is doing exactly what I had hoped it would do. I can still feel the cold, but between the vest and my heated gloves, a 20-25 minute commute is quite bearable, even in temperatures below freezing. There will be days I won't be able to ride due to ice or snow, but as long as the roads are dry, it will take some pretty extreme temperatures to keep me off my bike.
Unexpected bonus: I'm sitting here in my apartment saving on my heating bill with the thermostat turned down to 60F (16C), and I'm plenty comfortable with the vest on low under a long-sleeved fleece jacket.”
