“I received my new Ororo vest within a week of ordering and I immediately charged the battery to wear it the following night. I've worn it long enough to exhaust the first charge and with that limited trial I make these comments. I believe the vest to be very well made , easy to use and quick to heat up. Temps that night were in the low 20"s. I'm not sure i ordered the correct size though. A 42" chest and 36" waist called for a size large...I find the chest area to be uncomfortably snug and have worn it 3/4 zipped. I'm hoping time will loosen the fit but I'll continue to enjoy this as is with a possible extra large order next year.”
“Upon reciecving the vest, I followed the instructions for charging the battery. That being done, the battery would not charge. I tried different outlets througout the house.
I called and left messages regarding the issue. I was assured that personnel was busy handling other calls and would be contacted shortly. That never happened.
Next was several emails without a response other than explaining the charging process that was included with the vest. All of a sudden, the battery charged and I thought all was well. That lasted for one wearing of the vest. Once again the battery will not charge past two lights.
I will once again begin the process of calling and emailing to see if the issue can be remedied. They either need to simply send a new battery. failing that, I will return the vest for a full refund!”
